Shipping
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders place on Friday after 3pm eastern time will be processed the following monday. If the Friday or Monday is a holiday please allow additional days for processing. U.S.A shipments can take 3-5 business days after orders has been processed. International shipments vary by destination and shipping method.
Missing Packages
Once delivery is confirmed for your package, we cannot send out additional packages. If the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Please check for missing packages with the carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier prior to contacting us. Be sure to include the claim number when contacting us.
Missing Items from Delivery
If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 5 business days from the date it was delivered. We will not be able it accommodate you if we are not contacted with that time frame. Also photos of the package will be required.
Domestic Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days And shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed. Your package should arrive within 5-7 businesses days after processing has been completed.
We do ship residential addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. you are responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for items delivered to the wrong address.
International Shipping
International shipping will be shipped via DHL. Your package should arrive within 10-30 business days after process has been completed. Occasionally package delivery may be longer due to customs.
